These terms cover this website. Purchases made in the KickMap store at shop.kickmap.ai are governed by the store’s own terms and policies (including shipping and refund policies). The KickMap AI app is also subject to the terms presented in the app and by the Apple App Store.

• submit false, misleading or someone else’s information through our forms;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
• scrape, copy or reuse website content for commercial purposes without our permission;

Forms should be completed by adults. Youth players should have a parent, guardian or coach contact us.

Intellectual property

KickMap, KickMap AI, KickMap Trainer, KickMap Coach, the KickMap logo, and the website’s text, images, video, designs and graphics are owned by KickMap or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other license is granted.

No guaranteed outcomes

KickMap is designed to help players understand ball contact and train with purpose. Athletic development depends on many factors, and we do not guarantee any particular performance, skill, selection or competitive outcome. Measurements and analysis shown by KickMap products are estimates intended to support training, not laboratory-grade results. App screens shown on this website illustrate the product and may include sample data.

Safety

Soccer training involves physical activity and risk of injury. Train within your abilities, use a safe space, and follow the guidance of qualified coaches and medical professionals. Youth players should train with appropriate adult supervision.

Programs and availability

Information about the Founding Club Pilot and other programs or features is provided for general information and may change. Submitting an application or request does not create an agreement or guarantee participation; any pilot participation is subject to separate terms agreed with KickMap.

Third-party services and links

The website links to third-party services such as the Apple App Store, our Shopify-powered store and social networks. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
