KickMap develops ball-striking development tools for soccer, including KickMap AI, KickMap Trainer and KickMap Coach. In this policy, “KickMap,” “we,” and “us” refer to KickMap.

Information you give us

When you submit a form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide:

• Founding Club Pilot application: name, role, club or organization, email, optional phone, city/state, team and player information, age groups, and your comments about interest in a pilot.
• Schedule a Conversation request: name, club or organization, email, optional phone, optional preferred contact timing, and your message.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, or detailed personal information about individual players, in these forms.

How we use form information

• To review and respond to your application or request.
• To contact you about the Founding Club Pilot, a conversation you requested, or related KickMap services.
• To operate, maintain and improve our website and services.

When a form is submitted, the information is stored by our website hosting and database provider and an internal email notification is sent to the KickMap team. We do not sell the information you submit through our forms.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting providers may automatically receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.

Shopify store and payments

KickMap Trainer purchases are handled through our separate online store at shop.kickmap.ai, which is powered by Shopify. Information you provide when shopping or checking out — such as shipping details and payment information — is collected and processed by Shopify and its payment providers, not by this website’s forms. KickMap AI app

KickMap AI is a mobile app distributed through the Apple App Store. The app is designed to analyze smartphone video of kicks and show information about ball flight and training over time. Information handled by the app, and your choices within it, are described in the app and its App Store listing. Downloading the app is also subject to Apple’s terms and privacy practices.

Third-party services and links

This website links to third-party services, including the Apple App Store, our Shopify store, and social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Those services are operated by other companies under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

Youth players and parents

KickMap serves soccer players of many ages, including youth players. Our website forms are intended to be completed by adults — such as coaches, club staff and parents or guardians — not by children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through this website, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
